His work is shaped by a deep respect for the human story and the transformative potential found within life's significant experiences.

Vincent's approach is rooted in grounded presence and compassionate inquiry, creating spaces where individuals can explore questions of meaning, vocation, grief, transition, and inner transformation with honesty and care. Through reflective conversation and soulful accompaniment, he supports people in discovering deeper connection, purpose, and belonging.

An area of particular expertise for Vincent is the use of story and narrative as a holding space for creative meaning-making. He believes that stories can bridge the inner and outer worlds, creating opportunities for communion, communication, healing, and transformation as people engage more fully with their own life journeys.

Spiritual Guidance

Spiritual Guidance is a gentle and reflective process of accompaniment that supports people in deepening their awareness of themselves, their inner life, and the presence of the sacred within everyday experience. Through attentive listening, conversation, silence, and reflection, it creates a space where individuals can explore questions of meaning, purpose, transition, grief, longing, and connection.

    Cross Professional Supervision

Cross Professional Supervision is a reflective and supportive process and relationship where people from different professional backgrounds can explore their work in a safe and confidential space. It encourages deeper awareness, reflective practice, and transformational learning, helping individuals understand how they bring themselves into their work emotionally, spiritually, ethically, and relationally.

      Creative Soul Care Practitioner

Creative Soul Care offers space to listen deeply to the movements of the soul through story, symbol, reflection, ritual, and imagination. It supports individuals in connecting with their inner wisdom, discovering meaning, and engaging creatively with life's challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth.

        Soul Work

Soul Work is the practice of tending to the longings, questions, wounds, wisdom, and sacred movements that shape who we are. Through contemplative practice, conversation, ritual, presence, and reflection, it creates opportunities for healing, meaning-making, connection, and personal transformation.

          Group Facilitation

Group Facilitation is the intentional art of creating a safe, reflective, and engaging space where people can gather, share, listen, and grow together. A facilitator guides the flow of the group with care and intentionality, encouraging meaningful participation, honest conversation, and deeper connection among participants that remains loyal to the purpose of the group. Group facilitation supports the wisdom of the collective to emerge through dialogue, reflection, creativity, and shared experience. Through meaningful dialogue, collective reflection, and shared experience, participants are encouraged to discover deeper connection, insight, and the wisdom that emerges within the community.

Ritual Creation for Stages and Phases of Life

Ritual Creation for Stages and Phases of Life helps people honour important moments, transitions, and thresholds. Through symbol, intention, word, movement, song, and presence, rituals can provide meaningful ways to celebrate, grieve, heal, reflect, and navigate life's significant changes. At its heart, ritual invites us to slow down and become more attentive to ourselves, one another, and the sacred dimensions of ordinary life. Whether simple or ceremonial, Ritual can help us process, move beyond and embody what words alone often cannot express.

              Funeral Celebrant

Funeral Celebrancy offers personalised and meaningful ceremonies that honour the life, story, and legacy of a loved one. These gatherings create space for remembrance, gratitude, reflection, and communal support during times of loss and transition.

                Grief and Bereavement Accompaniment

Grief and Bereavement Accompaniment provides compassionate support for those navigating loss and mourning. Through attentive presence and reflective conversation, individuals are offered a space where grief can be honoured, expressed, and integrated with care and understanding.

End of Life – Soul Doula

End of Life – Soul Doula offers compassionate non-medical support and accompaniment to an individual who is approaching end of life, as well as to their families and communities. The role of the Death Doula is to accompany people through the emotional, spiritual, practical, and relational aspects of dying and death.
